What Is Relay For Life?
Each year, more than 4 million people in over 20 countries raise much-needed funds and awareness to save lives from cancer through the Relay For Life movement,
My daughter Ellen has participated in this event with her high school robotics team, the Pascack Pi-oneers for the last 4 years.
This year I helped her "paint the town purple" to promote awareness of this worthwhile event.

We tied purple ribbons all over town!
She has been collecting donations for the fight against cancer which can be made through her page at the Relay for Life website. At the event they will be camping out at the local high school.
I think almost all of us know of someone or have ourselves been affected by cancer so I hope you will consider donating to this worthwhile cause.
