As with most people these days, I don't use a handkerchief.
When I was very young I crocheted lacy edges on them, but I never really used them for their intended purpose. I actually still have some of those and I have also acquired many more of them from various sources over the years.
The thing is, many of them are very pretty. Some have pretty printed patterns or embroidery on them. Many have lace around the edge. To nice to just throw away but what to do with them?
Well, I have come up with one thing. Today I am adding a new tutorial to the DIY page giving instructions on making a Sachet from a vintage handkerchief. Since Valentine's Day is right around the corner I thought it could be a sweet little extra something for that special someone.
